TOMPOSKI NEWPORT COTTAGE  This project was an extensive renovation of the existing home, and an addition to the back of the house. Before construction began, all of the finishes, plumbing, and electrical were demolished, leaving only the first-floor studs and subfloor. The construction done on the house included an entirely new roof structure, new siding, and all new finishes throughout the home. Skylights were installed in several locations on the new roof, allowing extra natural light throughout the house. Radiant subfloor heating was installed beneath the tile floors in all of the bathrooms.  PROJECT TYPE:  Residential Construction
