SEASTONES NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME  This project was a new construction home located in Portsmouth, with a jaw-dropping view of the water from the property. The exterior of the home presents beautiful masonry and landscaping throughout with key highlights being the pickleball court and stone walk-ways. On the balconies and decks, our team installed cable railings which provides great unobstructed views of the ocean. For the interior, our team worked with Donna Benedetto who was the interior designer for this project and installed various built-ins and millwork throughout the home. One special highlight is the small nook area in the basement we built for the homeowners grandchildren which is ideal for play-time.
