ROSENEATH REMODEL  This project was a home remodel in Newport with the goal of adding a master suite addition to an existing home. The home was demo-ed down to the studs with completely new walls, flooring, electrical and plumbing. For the master suite addition, our team constructed built-in shelves around a new fireplace which is adjacent to a private balcony. Our team also converted the garage to have loft storage and built an addition on the back for an artist’s studio. One of our favorite highlights is the brand new kitchen which has a deep navy blue island with a walnut and quartz countertop. Utilizing a finished walnut slab on the countertop compliments the wood-stained beams on the ceiling and provides a nice contrast against the light-colored cabinetry.   PROJECT TYPE:  Residential Construction
