NEWPORT HOUSE The beautiful views at this property were met with a few coastal design barriers that the JPS team concurred. Unlike the homes that we typically design and build, this home was built on top of concrete piers to conform with the floor zone. The ground floor holds the garage and office space. The second story of this home holds the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. A beautiful deck opens off of the dining room, creating an inviting outdoor space.
