NEJAIME SUNROOM ADDITION  JPS designed and constructed a sunroom addition for a small beach cottage in Portsmouth. The project also included renovating the existing kitchen. Three large windows with transoms in the sunroom let in plenty of light, while the cathedral ceiling creates a feeling of spaciousness. The final result was a beach cottage that was still cozy but no longer cramped.   PROJECT TYPE:  In-House Design
