MT VERNON HOME RENOVATION  The JPS design team converted this two-family duplex into a single-family home. Ripped down to the studs, the team completely reworked to floor plan creating an open and inviting home. The open concept first floor is equipped with a beautiful new kitchen, a mudroom with custom built-ins that wrap around into the dining area, and a living room with a new gas fireplace. The second floor Master suite now has an exterior deck, a generous walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom. The third-floor bonus area now serves as a bedroom with an additional daybed built-in complete with storage shelves and drawers.
