FARRELL NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME  This project was a newly constructed home from the ground up in Newport. Our Clients had lived in numerous homes throughout their lives and they wanted to create their forever home with a permanent residence. For the exterior of the home, our team utilized cedar shingles and stone to offer a nice contrast between the first and second story. The interior of the home is filled with many intricate details such as coffered ceilings, crown moldings, and unique light fixtures. Our client is a wine collector so building a wine cellar was a must and we also constructed an island with a built-in ice maker which is perfect for serving up cocktails or casual dining.
