DESROCHES HOME RENOVATION For this project our client requested a two story addition to their home and a complete renovation of the existing second floor. Our Team also converted the garage bay to a finished space and relocated the stairs that leads up to the second floor. After the foundation was poured for the addition, we also installed concrete piers for the reconfigured decks which provide great views of Easton Bay in Middletown. One unique aspect of this project was the roof deck which could be accessed by an operable skylight hatch. Our team also installed an outdoor shower in the backyard. PROJECT TYPE:  In-House Design
