CARNEGIE NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME  This project was a new construction home located in Portsmouth, with a beautiful view of the ocean from the property. The exterior of the home presents beautiful masonry and landscaping that leads from the front yard to the back yard. On the balconies and decks, our team installed cable railings which provides great unobstructed views of the water. For the interior, our team crafted various built-ins throughout this home, with one of the stand-outs being the mudroom on the first floor. One of the unique highlights of this home is an elevator system that runs from the bottom floor to the top floor.
