JPS Construction and Design, Inc. has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island, a prestigious program created by Providence Business News in partnership with Best Companies Group.
This annual survey and awards program recognizes outstanding employers across the state whose workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and business practices positively impact Rhode Island’s economy and workforce. This year’s list includes 67 companies from a variety of industries.
To be considered, participating companies completed a comprehensive two-part evaluation process. The first phase reviewed each organization’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second phase consisted of an anonymous employee survey designed to measure the overall employee experience. Combined results from both phases determined the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the registration process, analyzed the data, and selected the winners.
The official rankings will be announced at an in-person awards ceremony on June 11th at the Crowne Plaza.
